Sailing Ireland is an ISA accredited sailing school and yacht charter company. Established in June 2003 Sailing Ireland offers a wide range of courses to suit all levels of experience from the beginner to the seasoned sailor. We aim to create a safe, fun learning environment for our students where questions are welcomed and students can learn by actively doing, rather than just watching. By undertaking a course with Sailing Ireland students can grow their love of sailing, the sea and their newly found sense of adventure.

About the Skipper - Dermot Greer

Owner and principle skipper Dermot Greer is an ISA Yachtmaster Instructor with almost twenty years sailing experience. Dermot has sailed all around Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales and well as in the Mediteranean and the USA. Dermot has always loved the water enjoying swimming and diving before learning to sail in the early 1990's. His hobby became a passion and Dermot decided to make a life change. He founded Sailing Ireland in June 2003 to share his love of sailing.

Since then, Sailing Ireland has taught hundreds of students how to sail and the year after year repeat customers are testament to the high level of professionalism and great teaching on offer. Check out 'what our customers' say for feedback on us.
